Welcome to Vyapari App, a digital platform that connects Farmers, Vendors, and Transporters for seamless trade of agricultural goods. By accessing or using this App, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before registering or transacting.

1. Definitions

• App – Vyapari App digital platform.
• Vendor – Registered users or businesses that raise demands for agricultural goods.
• Farmer – Individuals supplying agricultural goods in response to vendor demands.
• Transporter – Registered users or companies providing transport and logistics services.
• We/Us/Our – Vyapari App operators and owners.

2. Eligibility

• Users must be 18 years or older.
• Vendors, Farmers, and Transporters must provide accurate registration details and valid documents when required.
• Vyapari App reserves the right to verify, approve, or reject registrations.

3. Platform Workflow

• Demand Creation – Vendors raise requests specifying type, quantity, and delivery needs.
• Farmer Response – Farmers review demands and respond with availability.
• Vendor Acceptance – Vendors accept or reject farmer offers.
• Transport Booking – Upon confirmation, vendors choose a transporter and agree on charges.
• Delivery – Transporter collects goods from farmers and delivers to vendors.
• Payment – Vendors are responsible for paying farmers and transporters directly or via integrated payment solutions.

4. Responsibilities

• Vendors – Post genuine demands, confirm accurate details, and settle payments.
• Farmers – Provide truthful product details, ensure quality and timely availability.
• Transporters – Ensure safe, timely, and secure delivery of goods.
• App – Facilitates connections only; not responsible for disputes, quality, delivery, or payments.

5. Payments & Fees

• All payment terms are to be agreed upon between parties unless Vyapari App offers an integrated secure payment system.
• Vyapari App may charge service fees or commissions (if applicable, displayed transparently within the app).
• The platform is not liable for failed, delayed, or disputed payments.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and branding of Vyapari App are protected by intellectual property rights. Users must not copy, distribute, or misuse the platform’s materials.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between Vendors, Farmers, and Transporters must be resolved directly by the parties. Vyapari App may assist in communication but is not legally responsible for mediation or compensation.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Provide false or misleading information.
• Engage in fraud, unlawful, or harmful activities.
• Misuse the platform or bypass processes for personal gain.

9. Termination of Accounts

Vyapari App reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Users may request account deletion, subject to completion of pending obligations.

10. Limitation of Liability

Vyapari App provides a digital platform “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free services, product quality, or timely deliveries. Users transact at their own risk.

11. Governing Law
